Affirmation of Renewal
Sometimes you can feel stuck in a cycle of repetition that isn’t bringing positive energy into your life. It can be difficult to break out of it until you acknowledge the bad habits and form new ones.
Affirmations can help you to reset and change the energy around you, allowing you to look at things from a fresh perspective. I find that taking 10 minutes at the beginning and end of each day, to quietly reflect and focus on the changes you want to make, can be effective in releasing old patterns of behaviour.
Try repeating this to self during meditation each day for as long a period as you can. Because new habits can take anywhere from between 18 – 254 days to form, don’t feel deflated when you don’t see immediate results.
At the very least, it should help to clear your head and give you a renewed sense of purpose. I’d love to hear how this works for you.
